My own life has been shaped by one question: what happens when you stop living according to what is expected of you and start consciously creating a life that is genuinely yours?
I grew up in Mladá Boleslav, a small industrial city in the Czech Republic. At 19, I moved across the world to Sydney with a desire to build a life that looked very different from the one I had known.
Since then, my path has been anything but conventional. I've completed a university degree, built a career, travelled extensively, trained as a coach, studied the subconscious mind, became a scuba diving instructor and yoga teacher, performed professionally as a dancer and fire artist, and continually challenged myself through adventure, travel and experiences far outside my comfort zone.
But my story isn't one of everything always going according to plan. I've experienced major changes, uncertainty, loss and moments when the future I thought I was building suddenly looked completely different.
You don't need complete certainty about your future to start consciously creating it.
Sometimes you need to reassess. Sometimes you need to change direction. Sometimes you need to rebuild. But you can always ask yourself: where am I now? What do I truly want? And what can I do next to move towards it?
That philosophy eventually became the foundation of The Active Manifestation Strategy.
I've always been fascinated by human potential and our ability to transform our lives.
For me, manifestation means becoming an active participant in creating your future. It means understanding yourself, challenging the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, getting clear on what you genuinely want and creating a practical strategy to move towards it.
My approach brings together the internal and the practical. I use tools including personal development coaching, NLP, conscious hypnosis, mindset and behavioural work, visualisation, values and identity work, goal setting, strategic planning, habit development and accountability.
Because changing your thinking can be powerful. But eventually, something has to change in the way you live.
I completed a two-year, in-person Master Diploma in Coaching through Life Coaching College in Sydney, involving hundreds of hours of training and practical application.
My broader coaching education has also included specialised training across areas such as beliefs and behavioural patterns, relationships, leadership, teams, communication and personal development.
My university education strengthened my analytical and evidence-focused way of thinking, something I continue to bring into a field that can sometimes become disconnected from practical reality. I am particularly interested in the relationship between neuroscience, behaviour, identity, subconscious processes and goal achievement, and I continue to develop my knowledge in these areas.
Outside coaching, I have trained and worked across disciplines that have continually challenged my own ideas about fear, confidence, discipline and possibility. I am a qualified yoga instructor and SSI scuba diving instructor, as well as a professionally trained dancer and experienced fire performer.
Adventure has taken me underwater, onto stages and into environments where growth requires more than thinking differently. It requires actually doing something that once frightened you.
These experiences have shaped the way I coach. I don't believe personal development should only happen inside a journal or coaching room. It should eventually show up in your life.
Your version of success might mean building a business, changing careers, travelling the world, improving your relationships, pursuing something you’ve been afraid to attempt or simply waking up feeling that the life you’re living actually belongs to you.
My role is not to hand you my definition of an extraordinary life. It's to help you define yours and start building it.
That is what Active Manifestation means to me. Not waiting. Not wishing. Awakening to what you truly want. Clarifying how you can get there. And taking action to achieve it.
